Overview of exhibits:

ProRot 3000 Lasermachine

We present a fully equipped rotary laser machine. It is the first time that we have the possibility to work with a maximum inner diameter of 808mm. This machine comes with a 3000 W laser source. Additional options include a separate milling axis with a tool changer and an automated screwing system in combination with a collision detection to avoid milling in screw positions. Last, but not least, the machine has a high-speed etching system for rotary shells.

PTS NEO 3015 R

Our completely new designed flatbed and rotary combination system. You are able to choose all the same options for the rotary section as available for the ProRot. In addition, you can also use the milling unit on the flatbed side. The LaserScan option for high-speed etching is height adaptive, which enables you to work with different materials up to 100mm.

CMS digital cutter for samples and series

Lasercomb developed an entirely new generation of digital cutters for the production of samples and small series. This system is integrated in your network, provides a comfortable user interface and allows remote support. As a multifunctional system, the CMS enables you to work with all kind of solid and corrugated carton. We provide all necessary tangential and oscillating tools. In addition, a broad range of further materials can be cut, creased and milled. There is also a camera system that allows the user, for example, to register print marks that can be further processed by our powerful digital finishing software OptiScout.

ProDigi NEO - digital converting center for sign-industry

Digital converting center for display, signs, packaging and more. Three modular tool slots can be equipped with tangential tool holders and/or a milling spindle. This allows the use of all different cutting, creasing, scratching and routing tools. A camera system, in combination with OptiScout enables you to register printmarks and directly process graphic files. Operation of the machine is done on a large touch screen panel. You can choose between a standard table or a conveyor system.

WCS 1010 waterjet

New concept of our water jet to cut rubber, foam and other material used in die making. The working area has been adjusted to 1070 x 1070 mm in order to optimize space consumption.

RCS 1010 Rubbercutter

Specifically for rubber cutting developed machine with a compact size featuring an oscillating knife. This machine allows you to work with a full size mat of 1070 x 1070 mm.

UMS 1010 Pertinax milling

Cost efficient milling system for the production of Pertinax counter plates. Uses a professional milling spindle combined with an automated tool changer, as well as a measurement system for tool length. The system guarantees precision, multiple purpose use and efficiency. The working area is 1070 x 1070 mm.

ProCount 1712

Powerful and highly productive milling system to produce Pertinax and steel counter plates. The sturdy master concept avoids vibrations and promotes high precision. A fine mist lubrication for steel promotes greater tool longevity. In addition, there is a 3-D measurement device available that you can use to precisely measure already knifed dies and generate a protocol.
